The main restaurant at the Andaz hotel on Bishopsgate in London, this listed interior is lit carefully to cater for breakfast lunch and dinner, with lighting changing between each sitting. Extensive consultation with Engllish Heritage was required before design stage, and the result is a stunning restaurant interior.
